AI Agents & Automation Services

Agents that take real work off your team's plate.

Agents are the most overhyped and most underused technology in the current AI cycle — because the gap between an agent demo and an agent you can trust with real work is enormous. We close that gap: agents and automation scoped to the autonomy each task actually supports, wired into your systems, wrapped in guardrails and human hand-offs, and measured by the hours and cost they genuinely take out of the process.

What we deliver

Workflow agents

Agents that own a multi-step process end to end — triage, research, drafting, data entry — with checkpoints where a human should stay in the loop.

Document & intake automation

High-volume pipelines for invoices, claims, applications, and inbound email — extraction, validation, and routing with exception handling built in.

Conversational & support agents

Customer- and employee-facing assistants that resolve what they can prove they can resolve, and escalate the rest gracefully.

Back-office automation

The repetitive work between systems — reconciliation, reporting, scheduling, follow-ups — done by software instead of evenings.

Guardrails, monitoring & governance

Autonomy budgets, action allow-lists, audit trails, and quality monitoring — so you can answer 'what did the agent do and why' at any time.

Where it delivers ROI

Tier-1 support deflection with clean escalation

A meaningful share of tickets resolved end-to-end, measured against your pre-agent baseline.

Invoice and document intake at volume

Manual keying eliminated; exceptions — not everything — routed to people.

Research and reporting that used to eat analyst hours

First drafts and recurring reports produced automatically, reviewed rather than written by your team.

How we work

  1. 1

    Scope the value

We pin down the highest-payoff use case and the metric it should move.

  2. 2

    Build to production

Senior engineers ship reliable software, not a throwaway proof of concept.

  3. 3

    Deploy in your stack

It lands in the tools your team already uses, with guardrails you can trust.

  4. 4

    Prove the return

We measure against baseline so the work shows up as an outcome.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between an agent and automation?

Automation follows a fixed path; an agent decides steps as it goes. Many 'agent' problems are better solved with plain automation plus a model for the fuzzy step — it's cheaper and more predictable. We scope by what the task needs, not by what's fashionable.

How do you keep agents from doing something wrong?

Scoped permissions (agents can only take actions on an approved list), human approval gates for consequential steps, full audit logs, and quality monitoring against a baseline. Trust is designed in, not hoped for.

Which of our workflows are good agent candidates?

High-volume, rule-bendable-but-pattern-heavy work with clear success criteria: support triage, document intake, data hygiene, recurring research and reporting. We'll assess your candidates honestly — including telling you which ones aren't ready.

Can agents work inside our existing tools?

Yes — that's the point. We integrate with your ticketing, CRM, ERP, and communication tools so the agent works where the work already is, rather than adding another system to check.

How do you measure whether an agent paid off?

Baseline first: volumes, handle times, error rates before the agent. Then we measure the same numbers after, attribute conservatively, and report hours and cost actually removed — not activity metrics.
